When will my items by shipped?
All orders will be immediately handled in 1-3 business days.  The item(s) will leave the warehouse within 1-5 business days.  A processing and shipment notification will be sent to you by email or sms.  Since we source our products internationally, shipping times may vary depending on the location of the warehouse.  Total average shipping time should be expected in between 12-20 days before your item(s) arrive.  Ultimately, our priority is to get your item(s) in your hands as soon as possible. 
Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. We are not to be held responsible for item(s) shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address.
Am I able to cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled if they have not been fully processed, and shipped.  To check the status of your order, please check your email inbox for any notifications regarding your order from our store.  You can also check the status of your order by inputting your order number at our Track Order Shipment page.
Do you ship outside North America?
Yes.  We have a rate in accordance to the location.  Note: If you are an international buyer, you will be held responsible for customs/duties/taxes, and any additional fees outside of our shipping expenses.
